Anyone can participate regardless of your age or physical fitness level. All types of exercise will count, even day-to-day walking around. Our Parish/Community nurse, Katrina Norman will be tracking our steps/activity and recording them so we can measure our progress. This is a great way to prepare for the celebration of the birth of Jesus!
